Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your self-service customer portal.

From the portal, you can:

Cancel your subscription.

Pause or skip a delivery.

Update your shipping address or payment method.

Change your next delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.

Once an order has been billed and processed, it is considered final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds once processed and shipped.
